Integro Foundation, village of Ognianovo, is a non-government not-for-profit private volunteer organisation, established in 2001 with the goal to support the Roma communities in the region of the Gurmen, Gotze Delchev, Satovcha and Hadjidimovo Municipalities, Blagoevgrad Region.
Mission and priority aims and goals of the organisation:
Integration of the Roma community in the region of the Gurmen, Gotze Delchev, Satovcha and Hadjidimovo Municipalities, Blagoevgrad Region.
Development and promotion of the citizen society values.
Implementation of educational, health, cultural programmes.
Promotion of the social integration and personal realisation of Roma youths.
Assistance to disadvantaged, handicapped and needy Roma.
Protection of Roma human rights.
Establishment of contacts and cooperation with Bulgarian and international government and non-government organisations related to the Foundation’s activity both in Bulgaria and abroad.
Involvement of the broad public in the Foundation’s activity.

We work for:
Involvement of the Roma from the quarters in the villages of Ognianovo, Marchevo and Dubnitsa in the community centre, where we help them get self-organised, to make decisions and assume responsibilities.
Improvement of the social and economic status of the Roma by training and providing of small funds in the form of a revolving fund. Thus we raise Roma self-confidence to look for and find employment.
We assist the process of trust building in the community and the natural growth and development of leaders.
Expanding Foundation Integro - Ognianovo activities in new Roma communities to train them to work according to the community development approach.
Raising the Roma communities’ health culture.
Roma integration in multiethnic schools and realising the need from education.
Literacy courses for illiterate Roma.
Preserving the cultural traditions of the various Roma communities – crafts, arts, habits, etc.
